Physiotherapy and yoga based in Hastings & St Leonards

Hi, I'm Sallie,

I work with people with pain. I work with people who want to make a change. I work with people who want to learn more about themselves.

But mainly, I work with people.

A little about me

Underpinning my physiotherapy practice is a solid background in anatomy education, and training in contemporary dance and movement. Many years were spent using these skills to teach anatomy to a range of people from medics to movement professionals. I wanted a way of using this in depth knowledge to help others, through movement; physiotherapy was the obvious path. I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2016 from St Georges Medical School, London. Alongside this I trained in Sports Massage Therapy, Clinical Pilates and more recently begun training as a yoga teacher. As an NHS physiotherapist I worked at Guys & St Thomas’ trust in Central London in a range of areas including pre- and post-operative care, amputee rehabilitation, with people following traumatic brain injuries, and in respiratory care. In 2018 I specialised in a traditional outpatient setting, working with people with musculoskeletal problems in busy NHS outpatient departments in both London and East Sussex.
