"I'd thoroughly recommend this foot health awareness course run by Sallie who was able to impart fascinating foot health information and practical advice in a playful and engaging way. I'm so much more aware of the importance of my feet and have learnt some simple techniques to keep on thanking them everyday! And of course a big thank you to Sallie for being such an inspirational teacher and sharing her passion and commitment to encourage us all to keep on moving our bodies in our own individual ways whilst embracing differences of ability."
"I loved learning about how our environment has evolved and what this means for foot health. It was really good to understand about the preventative benefits of doing foot exercises for common foot ailments."
"This was a super-fun course dipping my toe into what's possible when you reconsider your relationship with your feet."
"Sallie is exceptionally knowledgeable, and her passion for barefoot balance is truly infectious. I found it fascinating to learn more about how our environment has changed and how modern footwear means our feet no longer get the natural workout they once did (and need). What surprised me most was how such small, subtle movements created a full-body sense of having exercised. I also really enjoyed noticing my balance improve over the course of the sessions. It highlighted just how important this kind of practice is, especially as we get older, not only for preventing falls but also for supporting cognitive function."
