An energising and grounding start or close to the day. Both are open level yoga classes, suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Based on Scaravelli-inspired technique, and drawing on ideas from Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Element theory, we move from stillness to movement and back to stillness again, incorporating breath work and functional movement and trying to cultivate a feeling of connectivity.











Pay on the day - card or cash. 

£8 drop in, £36 for 6 week block.
